Our Story
Since 2019, the Naturalena Foundation has been driven by one simple belief — that access to basic hygiene and sanitation is a human right, not a privilege.
What began as a small initiative to give back has grown into a global movement for dignity and care. Over the years, we’ve proudly donated millions of personal care products — from diapers and wipes to period and incontinence products — reaching families and individuals in more than 10 countries.
Our mission is rooted in compassion and action. Every partnership, every donation, and every campaign we lead helps break the cycle of period poverty, diaper need, and limited access to essential care.
Today, our work continues through two key programs:
-
The Houston Lone Star Diaper Bank (HLSDB) – supporting families across Texas with free diapers, wipes, and essential baby care.
-
othercare.org – our philanthropic marketplace, where every purchase helps fund hygiene donations and support those in need.
Together, these programs allow us to bridge the gap between corporate giving and community support — creating real, measurable impact for those most often overlooked.
From our earliest global outreach to our expanding U.S. initiatives, the Naturalena Foundation remains steadfast in our purpose: to restore dignity, empower families, and ensure that no one has to go without life’s most basic necessities.

“Having access to basic sanitation products should not be seen as life changing, it should be a standard right.”
